How do I find out the status of my package or check?

Why don’t you accept opened boxes? The Test Strips are still intact in the plastic tubes.
Although you may have not compromised the number of test strips within the tubes or damaged them, we have no way to verify that they haven’t been tampered with and therefore cannot accept them.
What if I send you product that is not on your price list?
Please do not do this. We are only able to purchase the items shown above. If you ship any strips that are not shown here, we are not able to pay for them or ship them back to you. These will be donated. Please review the price list above carefully.
Is it legal to sell my extra diabetic testing supplies?
Diabetic Test Strips are an over-the-counter medical supply and therefore completely legal to sell to a third party without a prescription.
Do you accept damaged boxes?
Unfortunately we are not able to buy boxes that have been damaged or otherwise compromised. Please do not send these.
Who pays for the shipping?
We cover all shipping costs! Simply click here with your contact info and we will send you a prepaid shipping box and label. Just drop your test strips in the box and send it back. Its that easy!
Is there a minimum or maximum number of boxes that you will buy?
We do not require a minimum number of boxes and ask that you sell only what you do not need.

How does the payment process work?
Before completing your order, you will be asked to choose to receive a check or PayPal as your preferred method of payment. We will release payment within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and send a confirmation email to notify you.
Do you have an expiration date policy?
Currently we are unable to accept any boxes that are dated BEFORE 11/18. Please do not send any strips that fall before this date.
Do you accept boxes obtained through Medicare or Medicaid?

Should I remove pharmacy labels?
No, please leave this to us. We remove all pharmacy labels using a specialized method to avoid damage. You may mark over your personal information with a soft black magic marker if you’d like, but please do not remove the label yourself.
